Mike Law serves as Chief Executive Officer for Carat North America, where he is responsible for the agency’s strategic growth in the NA market, leading over 1,400 specialists and working closely with clients and partners to continue to transform their businesses by creating rewarding media experiences that provide value to consumers. A Carat veteran since 2000, Mike was named US CEO in 2021, expanding his remit in 2022 to oversee all of Carat North America. Since stepping into this role Mike has further cemented Carat’s legacy of knowing people better than anyone else and delivering best-in-class media experiences through the agency’s ‘Designing for People’ approach.

Jeni Gardner is a global marketing and media executive who works at the intersection of art and science, challenging the status quo to drive better results. Jeni currently serves as the Chief Client Solutions Officer at Carat US where she is instrumental in driving growth and market leadership, continuing to raise the bar for Carat teams and clients every day. She leads and drives transformation initiatives, refines go-to-market strategies, and fosters high-level relationships with Chief Marketing Officers and other senior executives.

In her role as Chief Media Officer for Carat US, Diana oversees and fosters collaboration among the agency's strategy, innovation, planning, and content disciplines. In her 20+ year career, Diana has held senior leadership positions in three distinct disciplines: connections planning, consumer insights & strategy, and client business management. This varied background gives her a unique and informed perspective in successful leadership and brand building. What distinguishes Diana is her love for her clients’ businesses and deep passion for delivering great work that drives business results, and her track record of success, transforming big thinking into meaningful connections.

Carrie is the Chief Investment Officer at Carat, where she combines a wealth of experience with a passion for innovation. She excels in building strong relationships, fostering creativity, and delivering strategic solutions that push boundaries and create value. Her leadership is defined by a steadfast commitment to championing curiosity, challenging norms, and driving results.
