Yesterday, Campaign unveiled the Media Week 30 Under 30 2025 winners at a prestigious event in London, hosted by DoubleVerify. This highly competitive programme celebrates the brightest young talent shaping the future of the media industry.

With 133 entries submitted from across brands, agencies, media owners and start-ups, the competition showcased exceptional professionals under the age of 30 as of 7 June 2025.

The winners will have the honour of serving as judges for the flagship MediaWeek Awards next month, further cementing their influence on industry recognition and standards.

Suzie Maynard: A Strategic Powerhouse

Maynard forged an impressive career in the media industry by opting out of university and establishing a freelance social media business at the age of 19. Progressing rapidly, she advanced to strategy director within four years post-apprenticeship, leading a team of four and shaping the agency's approach to influencer marketing, content partnerships and strategic planning. Maynard expanded the strategy team by 333%, doubled client adoption of partnership and influencer marketing propositions between 2020 and 2021, and played a pivotal role in delivering a 61% year-on-year revenue growth over five years, while maintaining client satisfaction scores averaging 8 out of 10.

Beyond commercial impact, Maynard fostered a collaborative workplace culture at dentsu, introducing initiatives such as the 'strategy stand-up' sessions that promoted innovation and cross-team relationships. She also founded a community-focused brand to empower women entering the creative industry, applying these principles internally to support team development and retention. Her mentorship and thought leadership, including her widely-read industry blog, have further established her as an advocate for professional growth and inclusivity.
