At Carat we work on the principles of People, Value and Growth. Without focusing on our people we can’t expect to drive value or growth for ourselves or our clients. And ensuring we have the best culture in the industry means we can hire and retain the best people.  

From initiatives such as our Volunteer Program which focuses on our ability to positively impact the community, to our wellness program and employee benefits; we are dedicated to creating a dynamic and energetic culture where people feel, happy, supported and fulfilled. We recognise our business is only as good as the people in it, and our people are only as good as we enable and inspire them to be.

We look to make staff feel healthier, smarter and more productive by providing staff with a wellness program including yoga, boxing, and massage to free health checks, flu jabs and the opportunity to participate in team sporting activities.

To generate some gentle inter-agency competition (always a good thing) we hold regular monthly “Get –togethers” where the whole agency are challenged with turning our largest meeting room into a themed space for all brands to enjoy ie: the World Cup ,High School Musical, Halloween or a popular game show.

And for those that want to have a few drinks and socialise, we have a Friday themed drink trolley where come around to each desk at around 4pm for our staff to enjoy.
