Will is responsible for brand leadership, product and client development on a global basis. He is the driving force behind Carat’s purpose to redefine media and mission to create better business value through a command of media convergence.
Will has been at Carat for more than 15 years, which includes leadership roles in APAC, USA and EMEA. He has also been responsible for leading some of our Dentsu Aegis Network’s largest clients.
Will was recently named in Adweek’s prestigious list of “Media All-Stars” and also as an “Agency Innovator” by the Internationalist.
Euan is responsible for overseeing our key global accounts, as well as ensuring the agency has a clear, strategic vision that enables us to provide a different and better offering for our clients.
Euan previously held a number of senior roles at MediaCom, including Chief Operating Officer, EMEA and Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Client Officer (MediaCom USA). He was also the founder and Managing Director MediaCom Ireland & Scotland.
Euan is an avid skier, rugby coach, rock climber, sailor and novice fisherman.
Fiona works with the Carat global network to drive its development and ensure it is well equipped for the next stage of its growth.
Fiona has been with Carat since 2005, where she joined as Global Account Director, following eight years at WPP. She was a key part of the adidas Group global consolidation pitch in 2006 and went on to lead the Reebok business across EMEA, plus established a global hub for the client in Boston. As Dentsu Aegis Network’s relationship with the adidas Group diversified, Fiona spent a period of time in Isobar before moving into the role of Global Client President of the adidas Group business across Dentsu Aegis, led out of Carat. Fiona subsequently moved from Global into Carat UK where she led client development, before moving back into a global role as Network Development Officer.
Sanjay Nazerali works with account teams to collect, nurture and explode ideas that deliver outstanding business value. He also co-ordinates our strategists around the world to ensure that we deliver original, ground-breaking insight and strategy for all our clients.
After graduating, Sanjay worked for Philip Gould and Peter Mandelson, developing the New Labour concept. Following an MBA at INSEAD, he was appointed Senior VP, Marketing, at MTV Europe. Sanjay then founded a Top 50 media insights agency, The Depot, before joining BBC News as Global Director of Marketing, Communications, and Audiences.
An unapologetic bleeding heart, Sanjay sits on 3 charity boards, including BBC Media Action and NAZ Project.
Delphine is responsible for developing Carat’s audience-driven value proposition, and supporting the Carat Network to deliver business value through data, insights and analytics for its clients.
Delphine started her career in 2000 at CBS Interactive managing global accounts, before joining Microsoft in 2005 where she started to develop a real passion for technology, platforms and data. She moved into product roles with a focus on the development of platform solutions and capabilities, before joining Weborama, to redefine their data and product strategy and reposition the activity to be fully data-driven.
In 2013, she joined Dentsu Aegis Network in London to be responsible of the global data strategy and product vision for Amnet. She then transitioned into the Global Media Partnerships team in Amplifi as the Head of Facebook Audience Lab; before moving into her current role as Chief Audience Officer at Carat.
Delphine currently lives in New York. She is very passionate about travel, snowboarding, running and everything related to data.
James is Global Chief Digital Officer at Carat. James is responsible for leveraging and developing the digital capabilities of our network around the globe, and in turn driving digital business outcomes for our clients through innovation and data-led solutions.
James first joined Carat in 2000, working for Carat Interactive, where he worked to integrate digital into the mainstream media planning ecosystem. He progressed on to co-found the group’s specialist digital arm Diffiniti (now part of iProspect), building it up to be the leading digital specialist agency within the UK & Europe.
James moved on to become Chief Digital Officer at UM and then IPG Mediabrands.He was later appointed as AOL’s International Head of Agencies, where he helped develop the AOL culture, code story and vision. In 2015 James re-joined Carat as Global Chief Digital Officer.
James is also a speaker on everything digital as well as an author of several works including “Think More Analogue, Be More Digital”.
Doug leads Carat USA under his vision to Redefine Media by leveraging the disruptive, yet powerful dynamics of globalization and media convergence.
Under Doug’s leadership, Carat USA has consistently achieved year-on-year growth by focusing this innovation agenda on people, product, and clients; extending its relationship with clients such as P&G, Mondelez, Macy’s and Pfizer. Carat USA has also been awarded Agency of The Year six times since 2012, most recently by Adweek.
Doug has achieved several industry recognitions including Adweek’s Media Executive of the Year and joining the publication’s prestigious list of Media All-Stars; along with being named a Media Maven by Advertising Age and a Legends & Leaders by Simulmedia.
Sean is CEO of Carat Asia Pacific, the fastest growing media network in the region, with over 1,900 people working across 16 countries. Sean is heavily focussed on ensuring that Carat is best placed to deliver business value to clients through media communications.
Sean has over 20 years experience in media, working in global and regional management roles in London, New York, Latin America and Asia. He brings with him the added perspective of having run a full service advertising agency and a branding consultancy. Sean is a qualified business coach, a qualified member of the ‘Chartered Institute of Marketing” and has led teams to multiple industry awards.
Any spare time not on a plane is taken up with two boys, yoga, rugby and of course great food (a family passion).
Mark is responsible for managing our global approach to research & insight, including the development and management of our Consumer Connection System across 55 countries.
He has 27 years’ experience in media and marketing communications, the last 15 of which have been spent in research, insight & analytics working on advertising effectiveness, consumer and communications insight and data projects for Dentsu Aegis Networks and clients.
All of his colleagues and clients know him as Sid.
Stephen ensures that we articulate our Redefining Media proposition and our ability to create better business value from media to help us attract new clients and extend our relationships with existing partners.
Business Development drives a substantial amount of Carat’s R&D, with many of the products and tools we use day in day out on clients being initiated during pitches.
Stephen began his work life at The Economist, which included three happy years working in Germany. Stephen enjoyed roles at Vizeum and Aegis Media, played a key role in the Post-Merger Office (following Dentsu’s acquisition of Aegis), before returning to Carat to run global business development and marketing. He is never happier that running a global pitch, bringing different countries together around a common goal. Despite being a passionate lover of London, he finds everywhere else is more interesting, which comes in handy in a global role.
Anthony heads up the global commercial responsibilities, ensuring that our value propositions are balanced and deliver the right outcomes, both locally and globally.
Anthony has a very diverse range of industry experience taken from the manufacturing, catering, retail and events sectors. He has worked in the media industry as a strategic planner and also in the fields of B2B, direct and performance marketing, winning several awards for work in these areas.
Anthony lives with his wife and three children in Hampshire.
