Our Learning & Development agenda underpins our business plan focus of People, Value, Growth and we run a core skills development program covering globalization, collaboration, coaching, and digital expertise.
As part of the Dentsu Aegis Network we are able to leverage a wide ranging number of training opportunities as an active participant of the DAN Academy. L&D at Carat is driven by Boost our bespoke learning management system designed to offer all staff a personalised and manageable online portal containing all learning and development needs. This includes General Curriculum Courses, our Step Forward Programme and access to Lynda.com & IPA courses.
Boost was recently updated with 39 new courses designed by and for the business
Beyond Boost we have our Step Forward programme, a management development programme focusing on enhancing and developing practical line manager skills in order to create a high performing organisation that improves business performance.
Each module is aligned to a leadership focus area and aims to enhance knowledge and develop practical skills as a leader.
