Els Wijnstekers

I get to lead Carat from the Amsterdam Houthavens in the Netherlands. We have a great team of talented, curious and enthusiastic professionals who know everything about media and its impact.

We are experts, but realize that media is not the answer to every question and therefore like to think further. In the past 14 years (of which the last 9 years at Carat) I have discovered that my strength lies mainly in motivating and facilitating others.

"When you lift someone up, you will never know how far they go." Not everyone has to be able to do the same thing. I believe the magic is created by bringing people with different skills and backgrounds together.

My mission is accomplished when our customers and partners enjoy working with Carat.

In my spare time I like to travel and collect beautiful memories with friends and family. Also, I am not afraid to be the first on the dance floor!
