JOB TITLE: Account Manger

REPORTS TO: Account Director

The role of an Account Manager is to support the planning and handling of accounts. Manage & monitor the workload of the team, as well as help to develop their skill sets. To create the opportunity for strategy and specialists to contribute fully and is key to driving collaboration and building strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supports Associate Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews client plans and uses understanding of the clients’ business to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
  • Oversees the management and delivery of ongoing media plans and works with specialist teams to optimise performance
  • Ensures ongoing delivery of integrated communications planning across all outputs
  • Manages team and client business to deliver KPIs e.g. service PRF/SLAs and accurately tracks costs
  • Leads on smaller client accounts and effectively run client meetings
  • Allocates team resource to ensure delivery of data, information, projects against client deadlines
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients to build relationships, manage internal interactions and conversations with other markets as needed
  • Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed; Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Sets example to team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends
  • Effectively manages the team (execs & assistants) acting as a mentor to support the growth and development of all team members

JOB TITLE: Junior Business Intelligence Developer

REPORTS TO: Lead Business Intelligence Developer

DEPARTMENT: Data Science 

Business intelligence (BI) is the set of techniques and tools for the transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for analysis purposes. BI technologies are capable of handling large amounts of unstructured data to help identify, develop and otherwise create new strategic opportunities.

A Junior BI Developer’s role within the agency is to help apply these technologies and techniques to each individual client’s data sets, both marketing and operational, to create bespoke reporting and analysis specifically tailored to that client’s objectives and KPI’s. The goal of which is clear marketing performance measurement, enhancement and the identification of new and profitable marketing opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhanced client campaign performance measurement
  • Data-driven client campaign implementations and/or improvements based on insights provided by BI solutions
  • A wider understanding and use of BI solutions across the agency

Key Accountabilities:

  • Has a passion and a flair for problem solving
  • Helps to deliver the agency’s client data and reporting solutions
  • Holds a top-level understanding of the client’s business – KPIs and objectives
  • Helps to maintain the BI and backend-data infrastructure
  • Keeps abreast of the agencies BI implementations
  • Constantly endeavours to improve, progress and enhance BI skills and solutions
  • Keeps the other BI Developers up to date with project progress and developments
  • Enjoys working with data and has a high level of proficiency in Excel
  • As a minimum, is proficient with SQL

Technical Experience:

  • Microsoft BI Stack – notably SQL Server (any version, 2014 preferable)


  • Undergraduate degree in IT based subject such as Computer Science and/or 1 to 2 years’ relevant industry experience.
