Responsible for Carat planning globally with focus on merging media and creativity, Clay has spent 10 years at Dentsu with 20 years of experience across global, regional & local roles including London, New York, Istanbul, Shanghai and Singapore. 

He is a cultural specialist with MA in Social Anthropology and a passion for insight that inspires creative thinking. 

 His passion and specialty is building and growing FMCG brands. It is not a coincidence that he has devoted his entire career to do so across many brands in creative planning and media capacities including The Coca- Cola Company, Unilever, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, L’Oreal.
