Carat Wins Golden Mouse Digital Marketing Agency of the Year
Carat wins big at the 8th Golden Mouse Digital Marketing Awards, bagging Top 10 Digital Marketing Agency of the Year and two Golds and two Grand Prix shortlists for the “Oreo’s Journey Home” and “Master Kong Kung Fu Noodle Magic” campaigns, as well as adding a Silver for adidas #FindFocus#.
As a benchmark for the digital marketing industry, the Golden Mouse Digital Marketing Awards is jointly organized by Peking University's New Media Marketing Communication (CCM) Research Center and emarketing.com. For the rigor and impartiality of the contest, one case can only enter one category. The judges are more aware of the innovation and value of the case itself in the assessment process. The 8th Golden Mouse Digital Marketing Awards received a total of 1,273 entries from more than 260 companies, involving 570 brand advertisers, with a growth of 31% compared with the previous year.
“Oreo’s Journey Home” won Gold for partnering with e-retailing powerhouse Alibaba, establishing a new distribution channel across rural China and reaching a new audience of rural consumers covering 22 provinces, which significantly drove ecommerce sales for Oreo.
Master Kong "Kung Fu Noodle Magic” won Gold for an integrated content partnership between Master Kong Noodles and the Kung Fu Panda movie, leading the high attention focused on the IP content to the core appeal of the brand and sales conversion.
The “adidas #FindFocus#” campaign won Silver for its integration of OOH and social media and offline to online to stir a “white storm” of #FindFocus#.
