Our Learning & Development agenda underpins our business plan focus of People, Values & Growth and we run a core skills development program covering globalization, collaboration, coaching, and digital expertise.
As the fundamental learning platform of Carat China, Carat University rollout in July 2013 and is dedicated to fueling Carat’s business growth through redefining talent training and development. In 2016, we launched Carat University 2.0; providing customized and innovative training opportunities to our people, with a focus on enhancing their digital mindset and capabilities in the digital economy, as well as building a culture of innovation. Every quarter we host sessions and courses covering new technologies and content, collaborating with internal and external experts such as Google, Alibaba and Baidu amongst others.
Consumer behavior is constantly evolving, and in China that pace of change is faster than ever. Embedding our ‘Redefining’ ethos and culture of innovation, we launched Carat’s Accelerated Digital Program (ADP) and our Planner Certification Program (PCP). Bringing together specialists and strategists to share the latest industry developments and develop deeper, connected understanding through a series of workshops and real life assignments.
