Richard Hale

Richard has 17 years’ media agency experience, spanning both NZ and the UK 

Richard has experience in all forms of media, and has in particular spent a large portion of his career working in performance marketing roles before moving into agency management roles. 

He joined dentsu in 2013. Launching the Vizeum brand in NZ which under Richard’s guidance saw RECMA recognise Vizeum as the Fastest Growing Media Agency in New Zealand, with Richard also being recognised as Vizeum Asia-Pacific Leader of the Year. 

As dentsu has continued to evolve and simplify Richard’s role has changed, and he is now responsible for applying his brand of leadership across dentsu media function in its entirety.
