The Carat SSA team visited Nairobi
The Carat team visited Nairobi in July 2016 to deliver an interactive workshop for the EABL / Diageo marketing teams.
The workshop was designed to take the teams through a hands-on strategic process, media planning/measurement training and to provide inspiration around innovation and dark marketing challenges.
We walked the teams through each phase of our strategic planning process. The session was interspersed with relevant technical planning detail/measurement to keep it as relevant and interactive as possible. Teams were called upon to get involved and many valuable insights were shared across the group.
We ended the day with a session designed to inspire; exciting examples of innovation from around the world and ways to prepare and capitalise around the implications of dark marketing.
The delegates were engaged throughout the session and feedback showed that they gained great value from the day. Everyone left the day energised and ready to take their media strategies to the next level in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and innovation!
