Our Learning & Development coupled with our values, underpins our business strategy and we run a core skills development program covering negotiation skills, presentation skills, time and stress management, thought leadership coaching, strategic and innovation training.
As part of the Dentsu Aegis Network we are able to leverage a wide ranging number of training opportunities as an active participant of the DAN Academy. L&D at Carat is hugely supported by HR in determining demand of required support. Driven by our learning management system designed to offer all staff a personalised and manageable training schedule to cover learning and development needs.
With the help of Bright*Star we were able to provide, design and deliver in-house training programmes.
Each module is aligned to a leadership focus area and aims to enhance knowledge and develop practical skills as a leader.
