Carat wins the Drum's media agency of the year

Carat was today announced as The Drum's Media Agency of the Year in the UK.

Drum commented that "Carat’s partnership of Nivea and Asos last year demonstrated why the agency continues to be a global player. To have the clout to bring together two international brands is one thing, to engineer a campaign that works across bought, owned and earned media is quite another. Social media, newsletters, personalized emails, advertorials and magazines were all utilised to promote the joint Asos/ Nivea competition, creating a buzz around both brands. This is another great success for Carat in the UK after a fantastic close to 2011 which resulted in it winning Go Compare and Wickes worth over £50m worth of business in billings and a numerous amount of Campaign and Media Week awards.
