Media planning is the core of marketing communications strategies. It involves consumer insights and marketing through avenues such as TV, Print, Radio and Outdoor. It also involves the monitoring and reporting of results through data collected during campaigns, providing clients with tangible results on their objectives and KPI’s and allowing ongoing optimization to improve performance.
Digital media planning is a part of a wider marketing communication strategy. It involves consumer insights and marketing via new media, which includes websites, search engine marketing (PPC), mobile platforms (smartphones and tablets) and social media. Gradually, Digital Media is encompassing the ‘Traditional’ media avenues, such as TV, Print, Radio and Outdoor which from a media planning perspective should help to improve and streamline clients’ marketing strategies.
The buying/trading team purchase and monitor advertising space and airtime on behalf of our clients. Our buying department has specialists in all media, including television, print, digital and OOH. They are responsible for formulating negotiation strategies, developing vendor relationships and contracts, measuring and reporting performance of the media buys internally as well as to the clients locally. Reporting on global clients for efficiencies on media investments is also a key role which is performed by this team.
Corporate Services are the backbone of our business. Covering areas such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing/PR and Office Management, these people ensure the day to day needs of the business are met.
