SENIOR MEDIA EXECUTIVE– VIZEUM

As a Senior Media Executive, you will be responsible for leading the day to day management of client’s campaigns, ensuring that clients get the highest level of service. You will aid senior team members in planning campaigns and lead campaign delivery and implementation with the Vizeum team. You are ultimately responsible for delivering the day to day of strategies developed by the senior team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Leading day to day campaign management and maximising client return on investment.
  • To demonstrate strong understanding of all media channels and the ability to plan, using an integrated channel approach.
  • Understanding the detail of media plans and accurately ensuring the delivery of those plans with investment teams.
  • Providing clients with regular updates on performance of their media.
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting to clients via insight and other relevant reporting methods.
  • Take a collaborative view of all media channels and suggest to senior account leads budget reallocation based on performance where suitable.
  • Contribute to client presentation writing.
  • Contribute during client meetings to add value from a day to day level.
  • Build strong relationships on a day to day level with client contacts, providing them with the confidence that you are completely in control of their budgets and understand what is expected of day to day activity.

PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE

As an Executive within the Paid Search team, you will take responsibility to delivering the day to day Paid Search for your clients. Managing the workloads of your junior team you will ensure all work is completed to the highest of standards. Through applying our agencies unique and propriety approach to search you will deliver continual improvement in your client’s results. You will understand the market and push innovating and insight across your client base. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily work flow of juniors in team 
• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Paid Search carrying out the day to day optimisation & maximisation independently
• To do work the highest quality and check work done by juniors 
• Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis. Check data for accuracy at every stage. 
• Respond to briefs on time and to specification 
• Be an expert user in all relevant tools & technology

FEED & DATA PLANNER

As a Feed and Data Planner you will be tasked with driving our data and feed product. You will understand the product feed market, it will be your responsibility to interrogate client data and feeds, work with planners to understand where to distribute these feeds and then utilise 3rd party and proprietary technology platforms to distribute the feeds. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-end project management of feed distribution and client data activation projects
• Key stake holder in front end data projects (i.e. Ability to take a client’s data, understand what can be done with it and who to involve to activate the data)
• Build and own our relationships with feed management platforms and media channel networks (aggregators, CSE, display platforms)
• Have in-depth knowledge of specific feed requirements for all feed distribution channels (aggregators, CSE, display platforms)
• Create and update feeds using your knowledge and understanding of third party feed
• Maintenance of feeds and data projects to ensure project don’t fall over critically remain cutting edge
• Work with client data teams and internal data specialists to mind data and feeds before distribution to all appropriate channels
• Proactively resolving issues and suggesting improvements to data and feed projects
• Audit raw feeds and client data to recommend attributes to incorporate into the feed to improve quality and usability.

 

DIGITAL / TECHNICAL PROJECTS MANAGER

As a Digital Projects Manager you will be a key player in technical projects across key clients. You will take ownership of the technical projects, gathering a full understanding of the objectives, key stake holders and milestones whilst ensuring the project remains on track.  Beyond the management of the projects you will help drive the use of technology across the agency. Your love for technology within digital along with your understanding of what can be done will shine through allowing you to be a key ambassador for the technology and data team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the Director of Systems you will be responsible for management of key technical projects within the agency.
• Manage the end to end technology migration/implementation of clients (You will be the key stakeholder making sure all technical areas are covered, are to spec and meet the final requirements of the client and the teams)
• Work between clients/client service teams and the technical teams to ensure projects are correctly briefed, built and managed
• Ensure technical projects are communicated to all stake holders and meet defined objectives

SENIOR CONTENT STRATEGIST

As a Senior Content Strategist it will be your key responsibility to move client campaigns from insights, to ideation right to strategy sign off. As a key ambassador of our content product you will update the business of new initiatives and create new opportunities on an on-gong basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Owning the creative process across content teams
• Quality assurance across all clients content strategies
• Managing client insight process to feed into strategy
• Developing a team of content strategists
• Commercial awareness to be able to efficiently grow our digital creative content solution
• Building relationships with key members of internal and external Dentsu Aegis Network teams

CREATIVE STRATEGIST

The successful candidate will have digital experience with a focus on display. You’ll need to understand attribution models, know the difference between a RTB optimised vs. reservation plan, and be able to communicate new ideas to clients. Whatever your experience you will need to be a confident leader with excellent presentation skills, have the ability to influence through new ideas, and have a sound understanding of the technical aspects on online creative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role would complement the current display team by becoming a dedicated resource to develop creative strategies tailored to the complex data strategies that are now common place in our planning.
• This candidate should be a confident presenter, and be able to communicate new ideas effectively to a senior audience.
• The role involves a project management element that would coordinate all parties (Client, Creative agency, media planner) to ensure creative is fit for purpose and can be delivered on time, to specs.
• This candidate should have excellent people and technical skills.
• The candidate should be able to facilitate all technical set-up, on boarding and delivery

 

GROUP ACCOUNT MANAGER – AMNET

The core responsibility of this position is to take a lead role in planning and managing AMNET campaign for key clients. You will ensure a high level of strategic insight is applied to AMNET campaigns from brief to launch and on an on-going basis, whilst displaying the ability to lead the thinking of those you work with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of the display marketplace and RTB technology and prove the ability to plan campaigns form a strategic point of view
• Develop a close relationship with AMNET Product Development Managers and show an understanding of AMNET product streams from a conceptual perspective
• Auditing of key accounts from a best practice perspective in order to identify new opportunities

As a Paid Search Assistant, your role will be to assist more senior colleagues with campaign administration ensuring consistent attention to detail. You will build upon existing knowledge of the pay per click and paid search function, handle basic queries whilst pro-actively developing an understanding of the online function and manage small campaigns with supervision.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all administrative work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
• To ensure that all documentation is kept on file as per standard filing processes
• Ensure that campaigns go live on time
• Ensure that campaigns have been correctly set up including Creative, Destination URL and Tracking implemented
• To complete the booking process once deals have been negotiated by senior team members

You will have experience in DSP and RTB technology, effective audience data management, reporting and optimisation.  The role will also include a training and development program.
