Carat remains world's leading media agency, according to Recma

Carat has held onto the top spot in a ranking of global media agency networks, according to Recma's Qualitative Network Diagnostics report.

MediaCom took second place again, with MEC in third followed by OMD. ZenithOptimedia regained the fifth place from Mindshare.

Carat, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, topped the list in the last report published in November last year. In June 2015, MediaCom held the top spot.

Recma looks at 650 agencies and evaluates their new business, business retention, awards, talent, and resources.

Two of Carat’s long-standing clients, British Gas and Kellogg, are currently reviewing the accounts.
